About Evmara
What is Evmara Life?
An online home for everyday longevity. We bring together products for the kitchen, the home and the bathroom shelf, home test kits and supplements, all held to one published standard. Alongside them we explain the research in plain words, and connect people with each other and with practitioners we have vetted.
What does the name mean?
It comes from the Ancient Greek eumareia: ease, and the skill of good hands. Ease that someone skilled has made possible. Read our story.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to look after their own health and their family's on ordinary days, without it becoming complicated. You don't need to be an expert, and you don't need to read a single study. That part is our job.
Who is behind Evmara Life?
Evmara Life was founded by George Xydas and Loukia Kyprianidou, after ten years running longevity and integrative medicine clinics. The brand belongs to SAX Investments Ltd, Limassol, Cyprus. Legal notice.
The ranges
Can I buy from you now?
Not yet. We are publishing the research and building the community first. When a range can be ordered, its page will say so, and we will email everyone who asked for news.
Which countries will you deliver to?
We start with the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and France.
What is the Evmara Threshold?
Our own standard. A product carries our name only if it is natural in origin, free of toxic materials and ingredients, causes no harm in normal, everyday use, and is tested for conformity against international standards before it reaches anyone. Read the Threshold.
Who makes the Evmara Labs supplements?
They are made for us by a specialist manufacturer, to our specification. Every label names the source, the form and everything else in the capsule.
Who analyses the home test kits?
An accredited partner laboratory. You collect the sample at home and post it to the lab, and the lab issues your results. Evmara is not the lab. We only offer plain tests, never "provoked" ones.
Health and advice
Do you give medical advice?
No. Everything we publish is education. It does not replace a conversation with your doctor or another qualified professional.
Can I send you my test results or ask about my own health?
Please don't. We can't give personal medical advice, and we don't want your health details in an email. Take your results to your doctor. You are welcome to ask us general questions.
How do you decide what to write about?
From our daily posts, from the latest research, and from the questions people send us. Every guide is read and approved by our founders before it is published. Suggest a topic.
Do your guides recommend products?
No. Our guides are education only. They never name, show or link to a product.
Community and emails
Does it cost anything to be part of the community?
No. There is nothing to pay and no account to create. Follow the daily posts, ask a question, or leave your email for new guides.
How do I get a guide from an Instagram post?
Comment the keyword on the post and we will send you the link. All guides are also in the Journal.
How do I stop your emails?
