Who we are

Evmara Life is a brand of SAX Investments Ltd (registration number HE304196), Filopappou 9, 3085 Limassol, Cyprus. SAX Investments Ltd is responsible for your data. Email: hello@evmara.life.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms. For new guides: your email address, the page you were on and the date. For the contact and question forms: your name (optional on the question form), your email and your message. We never ask about your health on this site.

Why, and on what basis

To email you new guides and occasional news, because you ticked the box to agree (your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). To answer a message or question you sent us (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps you asked us to take). If you let us, we may quote a question you sent in a post or guide, without your name.

How to stop

Every email we send has a link to stop them. You can also email us at any time and we will remove you.

Who else handles it

This site is hosted by Netlify, which stores form entries for us. If we move our email list to an email service, we will name it here. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Email addresses: until you ask us to stop, or we stop sending. Messages: as long as needed to answer them, then no longer than two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or to the authority in your own country.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics. The fonts and photos are stored on our own site. The test-prep checklist remembers your ticks in your own browser only.
